PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote staticization effect, even if air ion is guided to a member to be destaticized via a conduit. SOLUTION: An ion-forming flow passage 15 is formed in a discharge unit 11, and the air supplied from an air supply inlet 22 to the ion-forming flow passage 15 is ionized by corona discharge by the voltage impressed on a discharge electrode 16 and a counter electrode 13 facing this. The air ion is ejected outside from a tip part of the discharge unit 11. An air inlet port 27 for introducing air from outside, with respect to the air ions formed in the ion forming flow passage 15 is formed at the tip part of the discharge unit 11, and the external air introduced by an ejector 29 is added to the air ion.
