PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a small-sized, low-cost, high-voltage power supply for multi-voltage output wherein fluctuation in output voltage that is not feedback controlled can also be compensated. SOLUTION: The high-voltage power supply generates multiple high voltages on the secondary side using a single transformer and feeds back an output voltage from one high-voltage output terminal on the secondary side to the primary side and thereby carries out PWM control. The power supply includes a control voltage generation unit that outputs a control signal indicating a state of fluctuation in output voltage from the other high-voltage output terminal on the secondary side and a load control unit that is connected to the one high-voltage output terminal and, when any fluctuation in an output voltage from the other high-voltage output terminal is detected, changes a load to reduce an output voltage from the one high-voltage output terminal in a following manner. When an output voltage from the other high-voltage output terminal fluctuates, PWM control is carried out to compensate for the fluctuation in output voltage from the one high-voltage output terminal.
