PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the processing load when simultaneously performing a plurality of kinds of processing. SOLUTION: A stream processing apparatus includes: an application part 101 which accepts input of an instruction to perform specific processing and issues a function implementing instruction to implement a function corresponding to the processing; a domain part 102 which receives the function implementing instruction from the application part 101 to implement the function specified by the received function implementing instruction; a DB part 103 which performs processing of managing information required for processing in the domain part 102; and a driver part 104 which controls hardware so that a part of the function implemented by the domain part 102 is processed by the hardware. Each of the domain part 102, the DB part 103, and the driver part 104 is constituted of a function processing part which, on reception of at least one or more function implementing instructions, executes processing corresponding to functions specified by the received function implementing instructions and returns the result of executed processing to respective output sources of the received function implementing instructions.
