PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DA converting apparatus which has a simple circuit configuration, and adjusts errors of linearity of an output voltage, an offset and a gain. SOLUTION: There is provided the DA converting apparatus including: a capacitive array type DA converting apparatus for outputting an output voltage corresponding to a digital value inputted, to an output line; and a load changing section for changing the magnitude of a load capacitance connected to the output line. The load changing section sets the gain of the DA converting apparatus while setting the magnitude of the load capacitance connected to the output line as a constant capacitance unaffected by the digital value.
