FATTY ACID AMIDE DERIVATIVES WITH AMPHETAMINES FOR THE TREATMENT OF EATING DISORDERS

The invention relates to novel fatty acid amide derivatives conjugated with amphetamines, which behave as dual ligands of type 1 cannabinoid (CB1) receptors and of the alpha subtype of the peroxisome proliferator activated receptors (PPAR-alfa) and as potent inhibitors of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) oxidation. The invention also relates to the preparation method thereof and to the use of same as a pharmacological tool and as drugs for modulating the actions regulated by the aforementioned receptors, as well as for inducing satiety and controlling intake, reducing body fat and regulating fat metabolism.
