Bioactive, biointegratable and biocompatible medical-veterinary devices, the main elements of the composites used in the production whereof are nano-structured phosphocalcic materials and principally the micro/macroporous biphasic bioceramic of hydroxyapatite and tricalcium phosphate combined with polymers. Said devices have conductive and inductive properties that are of use in tissue neoformation, reconstruction, remodelling, plasties, maintenance of anatomical spaces and joint reconstructions, of intra- and extracorporeal nature. The devices have varied forms of presentation, composition, physical architectural structure, porosity, plasticity, mechanical strength, flexibility, mouldability and specific or non-specific modellability. The implantable prosthetic devices are capable of withstanding osteogenesis and chondrogenesis. Said devices may be intersomatic devices, intramedullary rods, membranes, components for plasties and craniofacial and osteoarticular reconstructions, or fixing plates and screws.
