METHOD AND USER EQUIPMENT FOR TRANSMITTING MULTIPLE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SIGNALS IN A CARRIER COMPONENT SYSTEM

A method and user equipment for transmitting multiple acknowledgement signals ACK/NACK in a carrier component system are disclosed. Said method includes the steps of: establishing the one-to-one corresponding relationship between a certain DownLink Component Carrier (DL CC) and an UpLink Component Carrier (UL CC); transmitting all the ACK/NACK bits with two Physical Uplink Control CHannels (PUCCHs) on one UL CC, wherein, the first PUCCH transmits the ACK/NACK signal corresponding to said certain DL CC, and the second PUCCH bears multiple ACK/NACK bits with the method which combines transmission signals with transmission channel selections. With the above method, the multiple ACK/NACK signals can be transmitted on one UL CC, the symmetry and asymmetry carrier component can be satisfied simultaneously, and the complexity of designing different HARQ schemes is avoid.
