<p>The invention refers to a tilting ladder base which enhances the use of the ladder and enables a safer use. The transverse support (1) is rotationally attached to one supporting leg of the ladder (2). Along the other supporting leg of the ladder (3) which is connected to the transverse support across the supporting carrier (5) and a sliding limiter (4). The sliding support is locked by a screw or eccentric (6). The rubber or steel spring (7) returns the transverse support in the initial position. The spring (7) can be made also as a spiral spring on the rotating point.</p> |
