CONDUCTIVITY ENHANCEMENT OF POLYANILINE DOPED WITH ORGANIC ACID AND THE FABRICATION METHOD OF POLYANILINE THIN FILM

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a polyaniline thin film is provided to easily manufacture a thin film which is used in various sensors, conductive film, polymer blend, and organic semiconductor. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a polyaniline thin film of high donductivity comprises: a step of strongly stirring organic solvent and water under acidic condition and polymerizing polyaniline at low temperature; a step of mixing the polyaniline with a basic solution for de-doping; a step of mixing the polyaniline with camphor sulfonic acid; a step of melting the mixture in a solvent mixture of m-cresol and m-cresol/chloroform; a step of controlling maturing time of the polyaniline organic solution; and a step of performing drop casting of the solution on a substrate.
