摘要 PURPOSE: An aluminum surface treatment method is provided to improve the value of an anodic oxide coated aluminum film by enabling control of water droplet adhesion on the anodic oxide coated aluminum film. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum surface treatment method is as follows. An aluminum oxide porous pattern is formed on an aluminum surface through anodic oxide coating. The post-etching is implemented on the pattern-formed aluminum surface and the receding contact angles of the aluminum surface according to time period are measured. The period where the receding contact angle sharply changes is detected and the etching duration in the corresponding period is adjusted. A hydrophobic self-assembled monolayer is formed on the etched aluminum surface.
