<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a light diffusion lens, excellent in translucency, light resistance and heat resistance, having a fine lens surface or shape which has such high-level processability and mold releasability as highly-accurate processing can be applied thereto, and useful for, for example, a light diffusion lens for a light emitting diode (LED) element, and to provide a light diffusion lens using the composition. <P>SOLUTION: In the resin composition for a light diffusion lens, an acrylic curable resin and/or an epoxy curable resin are indispensable.
