<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deterioration in the accuracy of a sensor output caused by a noise component mixed into the sensor output. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 20 performs accumulation discharge processing and integrating processing alternately. In the accumulation discharge processing, first processing is performed by an accumulation processing unit OT with a first input terminal In1 and a second input terminal In2 short-circuited through a short-circuit part SW1, thereby accumulating at least an electric charge corresponding to a noise component superimposed on a voltage signal outputted from a sensor unit 2 in a first capacitor CL, and second processing is performed by the accumulation processing unit OT in a state that a short circuit between the first input terminal In1 and the second input terminal In2 is released, thereby discharging the noise component and the electric charge corresponding to the voltage signal from the first capacitor CL in which at least the electric charge corresponding to the noise component is accumulated.
