<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device for a non-contact power supply equipment capable of reducing power loss of an inverter. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply device 31 supplies power to a guide rail 11 installed along a movement path of a carriage 12 having a load that fluctuates. It includes a rectifier 33 which converts an AC current of an AC power supply 32 to a DC current, a step-down circuit 35 for stepping down the DC voltage, and an inverter 36 which converts a DC current of the stepped down DC voltage to a constant AC current of predetermined frequency by a plurality of switching elements 61 driven with square wave signals and then for outputs it to the guide rail 11. The step-down circuit 35 controls the DC voltage according to a load of the guide rail 11 so that the switching element 61 of the inverter 36 can control the AC current output to the guide rail 11 to be the constant AC current, with an average energization rate against a half cycle of the predetermined frequency being ≥50%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
