<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pattern forming method in which a pattern with a fine width can be formed more easily. <P>SOLUTION: After a plurality of grooves 20 and enlarged recesses 21 and 22 which communicate with the plurality of grooves 20 and have a width and a length larger than the width of the grooves 20 are formed on one surface of a base 2, a droplet 31 is applied to one enlarged recess 21 to fill the groove 20, communicating with the enlarged recess 21, with a liquid 32, and further the liquid 32 filling the groove 20 is solidified. Namely, the droplet 31 is only applied to the enlarged recess 21 having larger area to fill the groove 20 having the narrow width with the liquid 32, so the fine pattern can be easily formed on the base 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
