PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically start a service according to a document designated by a user.

SOLUTION: A text document input part 311 inputs the document according to operation of the user. A logical structure extraction processing part 312, a morpheme analysis part 314 and a semantic class analysis part 316 analyze the document inputted by the text document input part 311. A corresponding service extraction part 323 decides whether or not a character string included in the document accords with a condition included in rule information stored in a rule storage part 321 based on an analysis result of the document. A service start part 326 starts the service corresponding to the rule information including the condition based on the character string included in the document decided that the character string accords with the condition by the corresponding service extraction part 323. A service processing result output part 328 outputs a result by the start of the service by the service start part 326.
