<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ZIF connector capable of thinning. <P>SOLUTION: The connector includes a housing having a first insertion hole for inserting a connected object with a conductor section and a second insertion hole for inserting an actuator, and a plurality of contacts arranged in parallel in the housing. The contact has a support section fixed at a position not overlapped with a connected object inserted into the first insertion hole of the housing in plane view, a pushing section integrally formed with the support section and elastically deformed when the actuator and the contacts are fitted into each other by inserting the actuator into the second insertion hole after inserting the connected object into the first insertion hole, and a contact point section integrally formed with the support section and the pushing section and elastically deformed by working together with elastic deformation of the pushing section and brought into pressure contact with and connected with the conductor section of the connected object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
