PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quantitatively evaluate the crystal structure of a crystal phase comprised in a sintered ore for a blast furnace raw material. SOLUTION: The crystal structure of a calcium ferrite compound phase comprised in a sintered ore is decided, and, with the existing numbers of the Ca atoms and the Fe atoms present in the range at which the distance from the Fe atoms is >0.067 nm to 0.6 nm as N<SB>Ca</SB>and N<SB>Fe</SB>, a correlation coefficient CFC defined by a ratio=N<SB>Ca</SB>/(N<SB>Ca</SB>+N<SB>Fe</SB>) is derived.
