PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of giving high surface pressure between an electrode terminal and a bus bar by a simple structure without using a nut for fastening. SOLUTION: The battery pack (1) is constituted of a battery aggregate (2) in which a plurality of battery modules (10) are arranged in parallel with one another and electrically connected in series, and a battery case (3) placed with the battery aggregate. The battery case is provided with a lower case (34) for placing the battery aggregate, and an upper case (32) for covering the battery aggregate. Pressing rubber (40) is compressed by the upper case by arranging the pressing rubber between the upper case and the battery aggregate, and the compressed pressing rubber simultaneously pushes the electrode terminal (12) projected on an upper surface of the battery module, and the bus bar (16) arranged so as to be connected to the electrode terminal.
