PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier assembling device capable of simplifying a structure. SOLUTION: The carrier assembling device 1 includes an assembling stand 31 for supporting a base member 70 loaded with a die 90; a holding head 46 for holding a cover member 80; a decompression head 44, having a decompression chamber 443 for storing the cover member 80 and having an opening part 444 and forming a sealed space by abutting against the assembling stand 31; a first lifting actuator 43 for simultaneously moving the holding head 46 and the decompression head 44, to the assembling stand 31; and a second lifting actuator 47 for relatively moving the holding head 46 to the decompression head 44.
