PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reusable clip which does not require a pin to have a complex shape and overcomes deformation caused by stress relaxation. SOLUTION: A plurality of pin legs 23 suspend from a pin flange 22, pin leg through-holes 10 and pin leg acceptance cavities 11 are formed in a bushing flange 7 and a bushing leg 9, leg spreaders 13 are formed in the tip end of the bushing leg 9, the first locks 25 are formed in the tip ends of the pin legs 23 for latching on permanent fastening projections 15 of the leg spreaders 13 so as to maintain the pin legs 23 diametrically spread by the leg spreaders 13 in a permanently coupled condition, and the second locks 26 are formed in positions different from those of the first locks 25 for latching on temporary fastening projections 21 in the bushing leg 9, whereupon the pin leg through-holes 10 restrain the diametrical spreading of the pin legs 23 in the radial direction so that the tip ends of the pin legs 23 are inserted into attachment holes of members to be attached.
