PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a far-infrared ray radiation ceramic burner plate, which radiates far-infrared rays by a film having a far-infrared ray radiation material dispersed therein and obtains excellent heating performance. SOLUTION: The far-infrared ray radiation ceramic burner plate 1 includes the film 6 which is provided on the surface of a ceramic burner plate 3 including a plurality of burner ports 5 and in which the far-infrared ray radiation material including metallic oxide is dispersed, and radiates far-infrared rays from the film 6 by combustion of supplied fuel gas. The film 6 includes 1-10 mg/cm<SP>2</SP>of the far-infrared ray radiation material, and more preferably includes 1.2-6.9 mg/cm<SP>2</SP>of the far-infrared ray radiation material.
