PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition excellent in compatibility. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition contains a hydroxy group-containing polysulfide polymer (A) which has a hydroxy group and a polysulfide skeleton and can be obtained by reaction of a polysulfide polymer having a thiol group with polyalkylene glycol mono (meth)acrylate having a hydroxy group terminal and/or hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate, a polyoxyalkylene polyol (B) which has a polyethylene ether skeleton and a polyalkylene ether skeleton except the polyethylene ether skeleton and a polyisocyanate compound (C). Content 1 (mass%) of the polyethylene ether skeleton in the polyoxyalkylene polyol (B) is 30% or more of content 2 (mass%) of the polysulfide skeleton in the hydroxy group-containing polysulfide polymer (A).
