PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella which enables a user to comfortably walk putting up the umbrella in rain even in heavy rain and prevents rain drops from falling on feet. SOLUTION: By making an umbrella into a reverse shape umbrella 1, rain water is collected to the center part, passed through the pipe handle, and discharged through a tube 2 set on the bottom part of the pipe handle.
