PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making clippers-type cutting device having very high commercial value. SOLUTION: The clippers-type cutting device is constituted as follows. A material 5 to be cut between each lower knife 2 and each knife 4 by slidably reciprocating the knives 4 installed so as to be parallel to a knife bar 3 based on the lower knives 2 installed so as to be parallel to a lower knife plate 1.
