PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally perform switching of voltages between erasing time and drawing time of an image of a display device which has a memory characteristic, in a voltage supply circuit and the display device. SOLUTION: The voltage supply circuit for supplying a plurality of driving voltages to the driving circuit section of the display device, includes a circuit section for switching potential of the plurality of driving voltages, according to an operation mode of the display device. The circuit section performs control so that the switching speed or switching timing of a fist driving voltage is higher or faster than the switching speed or switching timing of a second driving voltage having potential lower than the first voltage.
