摘要 <p>The method comprises dealcoholising a beverage such as beer or wine before the consumption or during tapping or selling process in the form of extraction with squeezed or supercritical gases, distillation or rectification with a operating pressure reduced against the atmospheric pressure or in the form of reverse osmosis or dialysis. The removing of alcohol is carried out through a desorption and the beverage is led over or led through a gas. The desorption is carried out at lower pressure abased against the atmospheric pressure. The method comprises dealcoholising a beverage such as beer or wine before the consumption or during tapping or selling process in the form of extraction with squeezed or supercritical gases, distillation or rectification with an operating pressure reduced against the atmospheric pressure or in the form of reverse osmosis or dialysis. The removing of alcohol is carried out through a desorption and the beverage is led over or led through a gas. The desorption is carried out at lower pressure abased against the atmospheric pressure. Air, oxygen, carbon dioxide and/or nitrogen is guided through or over the beverage as gas for desorption. The carbon dioxide used for tapping or for selling is used as carbon dioxide. The beverage is mixed to carbon dioxide before the low pressure desorption. The alcohol is regain back from the gas leaving the beverages through subsequent increasing of pressure at a preceded low pressure desorption. The gas is led through water and is heated at 50-180[deg] C, which is higher than the beverage temperature before guiding. The beverage is supplied for increasing the material exchange through a column with rotation component or through a packing column or through a column in counter flow to the gas. The low pressure is produced by a water-jet pump. The beverage is led during tapping or selling over a turn-off line, is dealcoholised in the turn-off line or in a closed dealcoholising device and is obtained as dealcoholised beverage. The beverage is led over a bypass line during tapping or selling process in a desorption container (2), where the heated carbon dioxide is flowed in a counter flow direction and if necessary is obtained over a buffer container (49). The beverage is added to carbon dioxide for carbonization and to water for diluting after the dealcoholising. An independent claim is included for a device for removing alcohol from a beverage.</p>
