PURPOSE: An interference cancelation method and a code allocation method for a direct sequence spread spectrum system and an apparatus using the same are provided to easily implement a receiving process by maintaining the small amount of operations regardless of the number of channels. CONSTITUTION: An interference and channel estimating part(310) estimates a channel and provides the estimated channel value to a first equalizing part(330). The interference and channel estimating part estimates an interference signal and provides the estimated interference signal to a subtracting part(320). The subtracting part generates a receiving signal by subtracting the estimated interference signal from the receiving signal. The first equalizing part implements a channel-equalizing process with respect to the output signal of the subtracting part.
