PURPOSE: A device and method for providing a service using electronic cash are provided to conveniently perform a payment about using a product even in an area which has a poor communication infrastructure by storing a separated memory chip which can conveniently collect payment history. CONSTITUTION: A payment terminal includes as follows. An input unit(11) selects various goods services of service devices. A payment unit(15) perform payment about the service device usage. If a product is selected through an input unit and a payment is operated through a payment unit, a controller(12) activates a corresponding service device and controls to store a payment history. An interface unit(13) interfaces to enable a desired product to be selected and to be used among the service devices. |
