The present invention provides a liquid crystal display apparatus mounted with a light modulation film, which can rapidly increase luminance and remarkably cut down a production cost by including double refraction sea-island fibers having two or more spinning cores within a substrate. Thus, since the double refraction sea-island fibers in which island parts are arranged in a group around the two or more spinning cores are included in a sheet, a light modulation interface may be formed on a border surface between the island parts and sea parts, thereby magnifying a light modulation effect compared with normal double refraction fibers.
