Disclosed is a nozzle plate for an inkjet recording device, in which a coating film is provided on the ink-ejection-side surface layer, wherein the ratio of the peak area of a silicon Ka ray to the peak area of a carbon Ka ray is 0.05 to 0.5, the ratio of the peak area of an oxygen Ka ray to the peak area of the carbon Ka ray is 0.5 to 5, the ratio of the peak area of a fluorine Ka ray to the peak area of the carbon Ka ray is less than 0.004, and the ratio of the peak area of a nitrogen Ka ray to the peak area of the carbon Ka ray is less than 0.004 as analyzed on the coating film using an electron probe microanalyzer. The nozzle plate is stain-resistant and has excellent wiping durability.
