PURPOSE: An adhesive-tape cutting and winding apparatus is provided to enable an individual adhesive tape to be easily separated since both cut surfaces of the adhesive tape do not stick. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive-tape cutting and winding apparatus comprises a material supply roller(10), a unwinding guide unit(20), a cutting unit(30) and a winding guide unit(50). An adhesive tape is supplied to the material supply roller. The unwinding guide unit guides so that the adhesive tape supplied from the material supply roller is tightly supplied. The cutting unit cuts the adhesive tape supplied from the unwinding guide unit in a length direction. The cutting unit comprises a cutting roller(32). The cutting roller comprises a support roller, to which a plurality of cutting edges are fixed. The cutting edge comprises a disc form of a cutting edge unit, the end of which makes contact with the surface of a prop roller(31).
