PURPOSE: Siliconizing powder of SiO2, Si, and MgF2 and a method for producing a high silicon steel plate using the same are provided to cost-efficiently produce a high silicon steel plate using the reaction of gas. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a high silicon steel plate using siliconizing powder of SiO2, Si, and MgF2 is as follows. siliconizing powder of SiO2, Si, and MgF2 is formed by mixing the powder of SiO2, Si, and MgF2 using a rotary mixer. Low silicon steel is inserted into the siliconizing powder. A high silicon steel plate is produced by increasing the temperature of the siliconizing powder.
