PURPOSE: A dry-shrinking device for packing meat is provided to prevent decomposition due to bacteria and ensure sterilizing effect since meat is processed by hot wind. CONSTITUTION: A dry-shrinking device for packing meat comprises a transfer conveyor(1), a hot wind tunnel(2) and a cold wind tunnel(3). The transfer conveyor transfers heat-shrinkable packaging pack holding meat. The hot wind tunnel heats the transferred packaging pack to thermally shrink it. The cold wind tunnel cools the packaging pack shrunk after passing through the hot wind tunnel, with cold wind.
