PURPOSE: A thin film valve device using a heat shrinkable material or a thin film adhesive tape, and a thin film valve control apparatus are provided to open and close a flow path or a flowing hole in a body using heat or the centrifugal force of a heat source unit. CONSTITUTION: A thin film valve device comprises the following: chambers(20,21) for storing fluids for biological or biochemical analysis; an analyte inlet port; a flow path(22) connecting the chambers; a flowing hole located on the center of the flow path; a thin film valve coated with an adhesive, sealing the flowing hole; substrates(1,2,3) including the flow path, the flowing hole, and the chambers; thin film adhesive tapes(1a,2a) for attaching the substrates; a body(100) including the flow path, the flowing hole, the chambers, the analyte inlet port, and the thin film valve; and a heat source unit. |
