<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to improve the flexibility of the organic light emitting display device by forming a gate insulation layer with a plurality of separated pattern units not to be overlapped with an intermediate layer. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor is arranged on a substrate. A thin film transistor includes an active layer, a gate electrode(103), a gate insulation layer, and source and drain electrodes. A first electrode(110) is electrically connected to the source electrode or drain electrode. The second electrode faces the first electrode. An intermediate layer(112) is arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode and includes an organic light emitting layer. The gate insulation layer includes a plurality of separated pattern units and insulates the gate electrode and the active layer.</p>
