PURPOSE: A segment of the completion bead former manufacturing truck and bus tire (TBR) is provided to reduce carcass cutting accidents due to a rubbing of egg bead and carcass in the completion bead by securing a gauge filling filler rubber between bead and carcass in the production of the completion bead by the segment of the completion bead former. CONSTITUTION: The segment of the completion bead former manufacturing truck and bus tire(4) includes an egg bead binding mounting groove to bind the egg bead in circumference, which is expanded and contracted at the same time in a tapered portion of a rotary shaft to a diametric direction in order to manufacture bead. A curved surface round jaw having a radius value of a bead wire in both ends to a width direction of the egg bead binding mounting groove formed in the segment circumference is formed. A width of the curved surface round jaw is formed into the same size as a length of a first laminated row of the egg bead. The segment of the completion bead former secures enough gauge between the egg bead and the carcass in the completion bead. The filler rubber can be filled in this part. The curved surface round jaws having the same radius value as the bead wire of the egg bead are formed in both width edges of the egg bead binding mounting groove to bind the egg bead in the segment, and the whole egg bead is supported.
