STRIP CASTER LEADER WIRE EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A strip caster leader wire device is provided to remarkably reduce a time required to lay a leader wire by using a twin type strip caster. CONSTITUTION: A strip caster leader wire device includes a plate(1), a leader wire(2) and a wire winder(3). The plate has a bonding unit(7) and a tip connected with the leader wire. The front end of the leader wire is connected to the tip of the plate and the rear end thereof is connected to a wire unit(4). The wire winder winds and releases the leader wire. The guideline hinge changing the progressive direction of the reader wire is more installed in the front of the wire winder. The bonding unit has a width identical to that of a casting roll.
