PURPOSE: A multi layer PCB for suppressing unwanted electromagnetic fields and noise are provided to improve a signal property of a system by using a ground plane and a power plane as a return current path for a high speed signal line. CONSTITUTION: In a multi layer PCB for suppressing unwanted electromagnetic fields and noise, an electromagnetic wave control structure(200) comprises an electromagnetic wave low band unit cell. The electromagnetic wave lowland unit cell comprises a noise source arranged in the power supply plane or the ground or includes a device sensitive to noise. A power division network structure comprises a decoupling capacitor(202) An electromagnetic wave control structure and decoupling capacitor arranged in the power supply plane and the ground plane at the same time. The electromagnetic wave control structure is arranged around a noise generation region and a region sensitive to noise.
