RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR BEAD FILLER OF TIRE, RUBBER FOR BEAD FILLER OF TIRE MANUFACTURED BY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A rubber composition for tire bead filler and rubber for tire bead filler manufactured by the same are provided to facilitate molding by improving unvulcanized rigidity and stickiness and to ensure excellent processability, stickiness and properties. CONSTITUTION: A rubber composition for tire bead filler includes 100 parts by weight of a base rubber, 50 - 80 parts by weight of carbon black and 2 - 5 parts by weight of tert-butyl-phenol-based adhesive. The carbon black comprises: first carbon black in which dibutylphthalate(DBP) oil absorption is 75 - 105ml/100g and nitrogen adsorption specific area is 20 - 50m^2/g; and second carbon black in which dibutylphthalate oil absorption is 85 - 115ml/100g and nitrogen adsorption specific area is 70 - 90m^2/g.
