PURPOSE: A ground wire connection structure is provided to prevent moisture in the earth from flowing into a ground sleeve in burying a ground wire. CONSTITUTION: A ground wire connection structure includes two or more ground wires(100,101) and a ground sleeve(200). Two or more fixtures(210,220) are installed to the ground sleeve. The each ground wire respectively passes through the two or more fixtures. A compound filling part is interposed between the ground wire and the ground sleeve. Compound filler is filled in the compound filling part. The compound filler forms a waterproof layer in the ground sleeve.
