<p>PURPOSE: An insulation gasket is provided to use an insulation material and a sealing material formed on the insulation material or a metal core, thereby obtaining perfect insulation and sealing in high pressure and vacuum state. CONSTITUTION: A disc type metal core(1a) includes a penetrated central unit. A disc type top insulation material(12a) is formed on the upper part of the metal core. A disc type bottom insulation material(13a) is formed on the lower part of the metal core. A rectangular ring type top sealing material(22a) is inserted into a ring type groove formed along with circular perimeter of the inner outline of the top insulation material. A rectangular ring type bottom sealing material(23a) is inserted into a ring type groove formed along with circular perimeter of the inner outline of the bottom insulation material. The top and bottom sealing material is PTFE(polytetrafluroethylene).</p> |
