PURPOSE: An information management system, information management method and apparatus, and encoding method and program are provided to prevent the leakage of information by utilizing the code made by using colors, and managing the information unitarily. CONSTITUTION: An information management system(32) comprises: an encoding unit(44) for creating an encoded file by coding an original file; a data reserve memory(21) for preserving the encoded file; an information management unit for decoding the encoded file to an editable display file using a decoding unit; and an information management file(33) for processing or controlling the encoded file. |
