PURPOSE: A dust collecting cover for a tip dresser is provided to efficiently collect chips by guiding the chips to be directly fallen down to a collection container. CONSTITUTION: A dust collecting cover for a tip dresser comprises a cover(51) and a bracket(53). A cut groove(55) and an insertion groove(57) are formed in the cover. The cut groove is formed in a cylindrical shape with opened bottom and is inserted into a bite housing(16). The insertion hole, in which an upper welding tip is inserted, is formed on the top of the cover. The bracket is coupled to the top of the cover and the bite housing and fixes the cover to the bite housing.
