<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which correctly decides whether a motor can be applied and can select a servomotor efficiently, even in the range of the rotation speed which cannot obtain a sufficient output torque, and to provide a program. <P>SOLUTION: When adaptivity of motor operating conditions and a motor specification table is decided, rotational speed/torque characteristics are considered.
