<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the operation rate of a power generation system utilizing natural energy. <P>SOLUTION: This windmill W comprises a windmill body 1 having at least two blades 4 and a support member supporting the blades 4 so as to be revolved about a rotating shaft Aw. Each of the blades 4 comprises a reflecting surface 44a formed in a parabola shape in the longitudinal direction, and is supported so that its attitude can be changed between an erected state and a fallen state.
