PURPOSE: A method for providing a health management and risk notification service through an IPTV is provided to notify a dangerous situation of senior citizen with chronic disease to a guardian. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber information manager(701) registers the subscriber information of a chronic disease aged person. A control unit(700) detects the dangerous health state of the registered chronic disease aged person and controls the subscriber information. A risky state notifyer(702) informs the dangerous situation of the chronic disease aged person. An alarm unit(703) informs medicine-taking and treatment time of the registered chronic disease aged person.
