METHOD FOR FORMING STRATIFIED RUBBER ARTICLE WITH VARIABLE CURE RATE

PURPOSE: A method for forming a stratified rubber product with a variable hardening speed is provided to simultaneously control the amount of first and second accelerating agents by controlling the speed of a pump. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a stratified rubber product with a variable hardening speed is as follows. A first rubber compound(A) is extruded through a main extruder(20) and a first gear pump(25). A second rubber compound(B) is extruded through a second extruder(40) and a second gear pump(42). Accelerating agents are pumped inside the main extruder. The mixing ratio of the first compound to the second compound is changed by adjusting the speed of the first and second gear pumps. First rubber strips with a first mixing ratio and a first hardening speed are formed by directly applying rubber strips to the top of a tire forming machine. A second rubber layer with a second mixing ratio and a second hardening speed is formed by applying the rubber strips to the tire forming machine.
