摘要 PURPOSE: A co-extruded film is provided to improve thermal barrier effects of a vacuous insulator and long term endurance by applying aluminum deposited layer with an inorganic arc layer to a barrier layer. CONSTITUTION: The co-extruded film for the vacuous insulator(200) includes a protective layer(210) protecting from external shock; a barrier layer(220), which is adhered at the lower part of the protective layer, and secludes inflow of external gas or moisture; a sealing layer(230), which is adhered at the lower part of the barrier layer, and is closely adhered to the surface of a core material. The barrier layer is formed in a type for which the inorganic arc layer consisting of mineral components and aluminum deposited layer are adhered. The protective layer is formed by adhering a nylon film and PET (Poly ethylene Terephthalate) film(211). The protective layer is formed to expose the PET film to outside. The inorganic arc layer is an alumina layer or a silica layer. The inorganic arc layer is formed in the lower part of the PET film. A thickness of the inorganic arc layer is 5~300 nm. The inorganic arc layer is formed in the upper part the base film consisting of the PET film or the nylon film(212). The barrier layer is formed to adhere the aluminum deposited layer(222) in the sealing layer. The aluminum deposited layer has a thickness of 5~1000nm. The vacuous insulator includes the core materials; a coating material, which is formed into the co-extruded film having the barrier feature to gas or moisture and covers up the core material. A thermal conductivity of the vacuous insulator is 0.005 W / mK or less.
