PURPOSE: A distal indicator, having a data managing function, and integrated information managing method of the same are provided to integrally manage the information of the digital indicator by connecting with outside equipment. CONSTITUTION: A distal indicator having a data managing function comprises an indicator information storage unit(19). The digital indicator indicates the inputted measurement data in a display unit. The digital indicator measures the physical quantity based on measurement data. The Indicator information storage unit stores the indicator management information. The indicator management information comprises the tool information, installation information, setup information and operating information of an indicator. The digital indicator is connected to network. The searching, setting, changing, and deleting of indicator management information is controlled by a main control panel.
