PURPOSE: A packing box is provided to reduce the transportation and storage space of the packing box by compactly folding the box while transporting, and storing in a box form in the storage site. CONSTITUTION: A packing box includes a front surface plate(12), a bottom surface plate(10), a rear surface plate(14), a cover plate(16), and a cover plate fixing flab(18). The bottom surface plate includes side plates(22) with extension units(26) on both sides. A bent diagonal line is formed on the extension units for dividing each extension unit into an outer triangle portion(32) and an inner triangle portion(34).
